Slow Down, Calm Down or F*ck It Method

Today’s episode is all about what to do when you’re stretched, you’re stressed, you’re knocked out of orbit and can’t figure out what the hell do with yourself.

What I am about to teach is you is something I teach to all of my entrepreneurs and private corporate clients — this is a principle I use EVERY time I am overwhelmed — and if you implement this shiz your life is going to change.

I do say the F word a couple times in this episode so if you have littles around… this may not be the best one for them to hear :)

A technique for overcoming habitual judgement and gossip

OOOOOOOHHHHHH damn. Ever been caught talking smack about someone you love?

First comes shock - then comes deep shame - then comes embarrassment, unworthiness, isolation, loss of trust.

Worst of all - most of the time we don't even mean the things we say, so why do we say them?

 Cheap connection.

Intentionally choosing a different means of communication, one that's actually reflective of the fabulous human beings we are, takes intention and practice

Today's episode is a quickie - I provide my tool for overcoming the instinct to judge and gossip.
